Venture Aviator was founded by Don Oparah and Roy Malkin, longtime friends and alumni of UCLA Anderson School of Management – MBA program. Both Don and Roy were technology entrepreneurs and executives who were consistently faced with IT development challenges in their respective careers. Tired of choosing between the expensive choice of hiring developers or outsourcing to under-experienced or under-committed parties, Don and Roy set out to create a company that would redefine outsourcing IT development and be comprised of people who have direct experience in working with innovative and fast growth companies.
